Isleta del Moro

Pensión Isleta del Moro is located in the town of the same name, in the Cabo de Gata-Níjar Nature Reserve, offering stunning views of the sea.

It has simple rooms just 3 or 4 metres from the sea, just like its restaurant, with tables attached to the shore, right next to its small fishing port. In the restaurant we serve excellent fresh fish, red prawns from the area and delicious paellas. On Sundays and public holidays, especially in summer, we recommended booking a table.

It is said that its curious name, La Isleta del Moro ("The Moor's Islet") comes from the fact that long ago it used to be a port where Moroccan pirates and sailors regularly arrived.
