Embassy of Moors and Christians Interpretation Centre

Embassy of Moors and Christians Interpretation Centre is located in Alfarnate. It is a centre located in the Promotion and Development building of the Guadalinfo Centre which includes in three of its rooms a monographic tour around the Moors and Christians Festival, also called Embassy, ​​held every year around on 12 September. It is a festival that has been celebrated since the middle of the last century, and since 1970 it has been done in a more organised way. 

At the Embassy of Moors and Christians Interpretation Centre there are photographs of the typical Christian and Moorish costumes, as well as samples and allusions to the texts recited during the celebration belonging to to the anonymous 18th century romance of "the relationships" and the Virgin of Monsalud, the undisputed protagonist of this festival.
