Encinares del Sur

Encinares del Sur are an industry of farmers in Belmez (Córdoba) and between November and May organise guided visits to their meadow estates and industry facilities (tours year-round) as producers of 100% Iberian, acorn-fed pigs.

The entire product curing process is completed in its natural dryers and wineries, where time stands still long enough to slowly cure the pieces, guaranteeing all the aroma, flavour and texture of the purely genuine, acorn-fed Iberian pig.

The breeding and fattening takes place in the best meadows of its members and is supervised by its technicians, who exclusively select 100% pure Iberian animals, 100% acorn-fed, differentiating these from cross-bred pigs.
