Bodega Jamones Lazo
Jamones Lazo, the only ones cured in dryers with oak wood ceilings and Arabian tiles. There are two key words from 1940 at Jamones Lazo: Tradition and craftsmanship. Our pigs wander peacefully over the meadows of the beautiful Sierra de Aracena and Picos de Aroche Nature Park, then are cured in wood dryers for the important stage, the same ones as 60 years ago, which brings unique aromas to the hams and makes our acorn-fed Iberian ham a unique product in the world.
