How can you get back to sport after such a long time? And more specifically, which is the most suitable sport? There are certainly many reason why golf could well be the ideal sport:

Courses with kilometres of lawn where you can start to walk again

One of the easiest ways to get the body going and healthy is walking, and walking around a golf course in Andalusia is the best excuse for complying with the recommended 6,000 steps, isn't it? 


It is a low intensity sport

Golf is a dynamic sport where you need to move around a lot, sometimes watching the sea if you are on a course in Cádiz, but you are also static a lot of the time. That is why you can return to sport without even realising it.

Enjoying the outdoors, under a radiant Andalusian sun and fresh air with the aroma of grass. You can get yourself a little tan, but remember to take sunglasses, a cap or visor and sunscreen.
