Sierra Alhamilla Spa Centre is located in Pechina in the province of Almería, on the slopes of the Sierra Alhamilla mountains.

The hyperthermal waters of the Sierra Alhamilla Spa Centre rise up at 58ºC. The waters are rich in sulphates, bicarbonates, chloride, sodium, magnesium and radioactivity. They are used in two kinds of treatments: Drink Cures and Hydrothermal Cures. It also has Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation services.
