Church of San Antonio Abad is located in the heart of the city of Seville, on Calle Alfonso XII. It is the headquarters of the Brotherhood of Nuestro Padre Jesús Nazareno, which defended the dogma of the Immaculate Conception. The current church came from the union of the old hospital of San Antonio and the Chapel of Jesús Nazareno.

It has one nave with a presbytery, decorated with wall paintings and a choir. The roof is a barrel vault decorated with mural paintings, which are currently being restored, made by Domingo Martínez and Juan Espinal in the 18th century. The 17th century Baroque main altarpiece has an image of Nuestro Padre Jesús Nazareno embracing the Cross.

Popularly known as the Brotherhood of Silence, founded in 1340, it is one of the oldest brotherhoods in Seville and carries out its "station of penance" procession at dawn on Good Friday. The first "paso" they carry depicts Jesus carrying the cross the other way round, and is attributed to Francisco de Ocampo around 1609. The canopied "paso" is made of silver, by Cayetano González, inspired by Saint Mark's Basilica in Venice, and carries the Virgen de la Concepción, accompanied by Saint John the Evangelist. The image of the Virgin was made by Sebastián Santos in 1954 and San Juan de Cristóbal Ramos (1752). This "paso" has a special feature – its orange blossom ornament.
