This old oil mill still retains its original structure, and serves high-quality, modern cuisine, in addition to a range of traditional dishes.

Under the orders of chef Manuel de Pablo, the cuisine here is remarkable for its constant gastronomic innovation, with specialities such as: roast baby kid, roast suckling pig in a wood-burning oven, as well as a wide range of rice and classic local scrambled egg dishes.

The wine cellar also offers a generous wine list, selected and prepared by the sommelier, who has also created a menu of Spanish olive oils as a novelty feature.

Every day, 1:30 pm to 11:30 pm.
