In Carmona, occupying the Palace of King Don Pedro (14th century), the restaurant of the Parador de Carmona is decorated in a luxurious, historical style, and provides a professional service and care like all the establishments in the Paradores de España Network.

Traditional cuisine, with succulent, seasonal and local dishes. The Iberian meats with several garnishes area highly recommended, as is the cod confit with rosemary on crushed paprika potatoes, spicy Carmona spinach, salmorejo (tomato paste) and dishes prepared with organic vegetables from the kitchen garden, in addition to the delicious dessert buffet.

The elegant restaurant has an outstanding location because it is like a refectory with extremely high ceilings and large windows with magnificent views overlooking the plains of Carmona.

Daily: Breakfast: 8am to 11am. Lunch: 1.30pm to 4pm. Supper: 8.30pm to 11pm.
