Andalusia is Flamenco

Andalusia is the divine touch of Paco de Lucía, the soulful voice of Camarón de la Isla, the La Faraona’ and the powerful presence of Chipiona's most famous daughter, Rocío Jurado. It is fandango and bulería, rumba and taranto. It is the contagious joy of the Jerez zambomba drums at Christmas. It is the passion and endless nights of art at the flamenco clubs and associations, and the numerous festivals organised around the region for the delight of cante jondo fans.

Andalusia is flamenco, a hallmark of our region that in 2010 acquired UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage status.
