You really shouldn't miss this spectacular exhibition on the work of Van Gogh, which after a successful tour of Europe has now arrived in Málaga. The artist's work really comes alive in this pioneering experience that combines 3,000 moving images, surrounding light and music.
After Sevilla, Alicante and Madrid, it's now Málaga's turn, and from 9 March to 9 June visitors will be immersed in the personality and work of the renowned artist.
Van Gogh Alive is the title of this pioneering exhibition which presents the work and essence of this artist as never before and can be visited on the Paseo de la Farola (in the old Red Cross enclosure) in the port of Málaga.
Forty high-definition projectors and moving graphics with cinema-quality, multi-channel surround-sound create a spectacular, all-embracing environment on six-metre high screens distributed around this 800 m2 venue.
Over 3,000 images transform the area covering the walls and floors of the huge marquee installed in the Port of Málaga.
The multidimensional technology of Van Gogh Alive – The Experience is a bridge bringing the world of art closer to the general public. This exhibition, based on dynamism and multimedia technology, is an extraordinary attraction especially for new audiences who are used this type of format.
The exhibition is open to the public from 10am to 9pm from Sunday to Thursday and until 10pm on Fridays, Saturdays and evenings prior to public holidays.
