Bodega Los Ángeles Yuste
Bodega Los Ángeles Yuste winery, which stands in the Barrio Alto neighbourhood of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, the most iconic part of the historic city centre, surrounded by monuments and Santiago Castle, covers an area of 2,300 square metres comprising two barrel vaulted cellars for wine storage and a central courtyard.
Construction of Bodega Los Ángeles Yuste is of military origin and dates back to the 19th century. It has been fully refurbished down to the last detail in order to maintain the wine tradition of Jerez in this unique building. It remains true to the most traditional wine cellar style of Sanlúcar, having recovered the entire structure of its magnificent central courtyard and giving the winery naves the characteristic features of such buildings.
Inside there are 840 barrels in which Manzanilla and Amontillado are aged under optimum environmental conditions for the organic development of wine.
Visits: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 8 to 12 am.
